Just 15 minutes

    Consider the magic you can do in 15 minutes:

    1. Plan your day or review the end of the day;
    2. Calm your mind and spirit and center yourself;
    3. Focus on your vision and purpose;
    4. Drop a text or a email to someone you care about ;
    5. Study some test questions on 3x5 cards;
    6. Read a few pages of an inspiration or informative book; 
    7.  Complete a small task from an important project.
